The must obtained is left to rest and ferment in a temperature controlled stainless steel tank, where is left to mature until it is ready for bottling.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5>Organoleptic character<\/h5>\n<p><span class=\"Paragrafo-scheda\">Light straw yellow, with greenish hues. Intense bouquet with decisive floral and exotic fruit and apple reminiscences. To the mouth it is fresh and of a good persistence with a bitterish aftertaste. <\/span>.<\/p>\n<h5>Alcohol<\/h5>\n<p><span class=\"Paragrafo-scheda\">14% vol<\/span><\/p>\n<h5>Food pairing<\/h5>\n<p><span class=\"Paragrafo-scheda\">Perfect as an aperitif, well accompanies hors d\u2019oeuvres, starters, both vegetable and fish based dishes. Excellent with all white meats.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5>Serving temperature<\/h5>\n<p><span class=\"Paragrafo-scheda\">8\/10\u00b0C.
