Vinification
after a manual harvest and a careful selection, the grapes immediatly undergo a soft pressing. The must obtained is left to rest and ferment in a temperature controlled stainless steel tank, where is left to mature until it is ready for bottling.
Organoleptic character
light straw yellow, with greenish hues. Intense bouquet with decisive floral and exotic fruit and apple reminiscences. To the mouth it is fresh and of a good persistence with a bitterish aftertaste.
Alcohol
13,5% vol
Food pairing
perfect as an aperitif, well accompanies hors d’oeuvres, starters, both vegetable and fish based dishes. Excellent with all white meats.

CHARDONNAY DOC 2018
Typology
still or sparkling white wine
Grape varieties
100% Chardonnay
Vinification
after undergoing a careful valuation of their maturation the grapes are harvested by hand and a soft pressing is immediately carried out. The must obtained is left to rest and ferment in thermostatically controlled stainless steel tanks. After which the wine undergoes a re-fermentation in pressurized stainless steel tanks so as to obtain the typical ‘lively sparkle’. It is then bottled in the following spring.
Organoleptic character
straw yellow with greenish hues, bouquet delicate, elegant, with particular honey and spicy aromas. Marked fruit and floral nuances familiar of this variety of wine. To the mouth slightly sparkling, pleasing, crisp, intense, sapid with a good persistence.

Food pairing
ideal company with delicate starters, seafood, fish and shell fish. Excellent as an aperitif.

MULLER THURGAU DOC 2018 IGT

Organoleptic character
straw yellow with greenish hues. A fruity bouquet with a slightly aromatic hints. To the mouth it is fresh, intense with typical exotic fruit reminisces.

excellent with fish or seafood based dishes, well accompanied with light hors d’oeuvres and delicate starters.

MOSCATO DOC 2018

Vinification
After a careful selection during manual harvesting the grapes immediately undergo a soft pressing. The must obtained is left to rest and ferment in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks, where a natural re-fermentation takes place Nazionale DOUJA D’OR Asti.
Organoleptic character
intense, almost golden, straw yellow. Characteristic accentuated aroma, penetrating, reminiscences of salvia and peaches. To the mouth it is sweet, pleasing, slightly sparkling and its olfatic perceptions are reconfirmed.

Food pairing
It can be served with all kinds of sweets and desserts especially with pastries and tarts. Excellent to propose between meals.

MOSCATO PASSITO SABIO PASÌ DOC 2015

Vinification
after carefully inspecting the stage of ripeness choosing the ripest grapes the grapes are then hand harvested in boxes and left to dry until December. After the pressing the wine obtained is left to ferment and mature naturally in Allier barriques for 2 years, or until the wine is ready. At this stage the ‘ nectar’ can be bottled. This wine is only produced during exceptional vintages and in a very limited quantity.
Organoleptric character
amber yellow, spicy bouquet with reminisces of jams, hazelnuts, and hints of honey and spirit preserved cherries. To the mouth it is harmonious, warm, with a good persistence.
Alcohol
17,5% vol
Food pairing
well suited with all kinds of cakes and pastries, excellent with spicy cheeses.
