40% Riesling Italico and 45% Riesling Renano, 15% Sauvignon.

Vinification

From one of our vineyards located in one of the historic crus: the Vigna “Frascarolo” comes this aromatic white wine of great structure. Manual harvest of the grapes. Maceration in press at low temperature. Stabling for a few weeks and long aging on the lees with weekly batonnage until June, when it is bottled.

Organolepticcharacter

It has a pale straw yellow color with greenish hues. It has an intense, fresh bouquet with prevailing floral and fruity notes among all hints of exotic fruit and apple. Warm on the palate, with good persistence, dry but round.

Food pairing

Ideal as an aperitif, excellent with shellfish and fish soups.

Serving temperature

8/10°C. Uncork just before serving.
